Anita, originally from Philadelphia, earned a BA in psychology from Immaculata University. She relocated to Baltimore, and in the 80’s began a career in residential real estate. While working as a sales associate for Better Homes and Gardens,

Anita was appointed head of the education department and founded a real estate licensing school for the company, taught the licensing course and trained new agents.

She sold residential real estate and became a member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Club. During this time she also earned her Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI). In 2005 she moved to Palm Beach, Florida and continues to practice residential real estate for Ward Real Estate LLC. focusing on properties in Palm Beach County.

Anita also has a passion for fashion. In the spring of 2010 she founded Women and Fashion Inc. and shares her passion for fashion by hosting informative events showcasing fashion trends, designers, authors, artist etc.(www.womenandfashion.net) Anita is the author of Palm Beach Fashion Secrets and More. In her free time Anita enjoys volunteering for different causes especially those helping children in need.
